2/3/2013 · Hey guys. I’ve struck an electrical issue with my 06 VZ Alloytec commodore exec. Whats happening is when I turn off the ignition in my vehicle, pull the key out of the ignition & I have my headlights lights on, I open my drivers door & usually the stereo would automatically turn off & after 30 seconds, my headlights would automatically turn off as well.
Problems and faults: Holden VZ Commodore A rattling noise from the steering column when driving at highway speeds or on coarse roads may be due to the steering column adjuster spring vibrating against the steering column housing – a cable tying the two sides of the spring together may alleviate the problem.
9/3/2014 · 09-03-2014, 06:11 PM. As the Holdens age they may develop a number of weedy- intermittent (hard to find & isolate) electrical faults. If you get Hard warning lights – like Alternator Lights, or Blown Fuses or instruments that are COMPLETELY DEAD. then you have a different problem that should be easy to find and fix..
4/16/2015 · Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on this. I have a 99 Holden Commodore , and have its never had a fault, until just recently. I drive along, and all electrical power just cuts out, with no battery power at all, – I loose everything – no Power Steering, no Power Brakes, system completely drops out.
